Oops, obviously there was a hiccup with my computer. All is now revealed. Goodness I have an 'antique' Olfa circle cutter which looks nothing like this. I guess that they have made one that actually works - mine didn't (well, not very well).

Looks very fancy. What sizes does it cut??
