Ontario artist and university professor, Elton Yerex always told his students that "red draws the eye in" and even a little bit should be in each work of art.
I especially like graphic effect of the different black and white fabrics to the flowing of the piecing including the edges. The red does "pull" me in. So effective!
Another little beauty. They are all so different and all very special. He was right, Marion, the red draws your eye in.
