ReplyDeleteOh I don't mind not being the first - I'm just so relieved I'm ahead of myself for once. What with Festival and then the exhibition at Cowslip (over reveal day!) I just had to get my act together this time. Mind you, it is such a good feeling IO should do this more often...

I'm still trying to finish Janvier! I tried the marbling with shaving for the first time, but I was disappointed with the results:too little ink, too much ink and smudged in places. I gave up on that idea and after a lot more thought and lots of thumbnail sketches I have now finished the top, it just needs quilting. At the same time I have been planning my Klimt quilt and am hoping to finish them both for the end of august.
