Secrets and Codes Part 2

OK here is the finished piece - front and back (without the sleeve or label to spoil the lovely backing fabric - thanks, Rosie).  It measure 34" x 36" - quite manageable.  I am happy to say it lies absolutely flat after a bit of easing to get rid of the excess around the edges created by quilting the Braille 'dominoes'.

    Well done, again. The back is almost as interesting as the front and could hang as a double sided.

    absolutely terrific. is it possible to hang it so that both sides are visible? a real pity to lose one side in the hanging. a masterpiece hil!

    Very impressive, Hilary. If the piece cannot be mounted so as to show both sides, then it will have its own "secret" on the back.

    I like that idea, Heather. To be a touchy quilt it really needs to be against a wall, but in this case they will be hung on quilt stands - so maybe the back will be seen...

    Wow! The back really needs to be seen as well...keeping with the code and secrets theme, the back looks like a fireworks display...or maybe it could be representative of the "colored dots" that make up our television pictures...or it could be the explosion of the universe that started life (Big Bang Theory)...or it could be...

    Love the possibilities!! Great art!
