I follow Heather's blog and was SO excited to read this announcement there this morning. Thought I would order a copy, because they're scarce as hen's teeth in these parts. I knew it would be expensive...$14.95 USD (add 30% to convert to my Canadian dollar) but it wasn't that -- it was the fact that the site wanted a minimum of $23.95 USD for postage!!! So...I will have to admire from afar and hope I can find one in the City...ask friends (Calgary) and my daughter (Edmonton) to keep an eye peeled...
ReplyDeleteI'm really sorry about the pricing, Margaret. The magazine is high-quality, but even the news stand price is pretty steep.
ReplyDeleteWow! Hearty congratulations.
ReplyDeleteWell done. I notice you're also going to be in the new SAQA book on 50 Years of Art Quilts! Big congratulations for both!!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea! First I've heard of it....
ReplyDeleteIt was on a SAQA e-mail that came in. Mentioned the book and gave a list of names. I don't think they'd contacted any of the chosen people by then. I scrolled through out of interest, and of course noticed your name immediately.
Deletecongratulations Heather
